jazzbuzz Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jazzbuzz platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). jazzbuzz is an online gaming and sports betting service operated in English for Bangladeshi users.

By using the platform's website, mobile application, or any related service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. For a more detailed introduction to jazzbuzz, its history and service description, please read our About Us page.

These Terms may be interpreted in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final, as the primary users of this platform are Bengali speakers.

1.1 Scope of the Terms

These Terms apply to all jazzbuzz services, including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting (cricket, football, etc.), fishing games, the VIP program, bonuses and promotions, and payment services. This list is not exhaustive; if jazzbuzz adds new services in the future, those will also fall under these Terms.

1.2 Relationship with Other Policies

Alongside these Terms, jazzbuzz's Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines apply equally. If a conflict arises between these Terms and any other policy on a particular matter, the relevant policy for that matter will take precedence.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Opening a member account on jazzbuzz is completely free. However, all information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration you will need to provide a valid mobile number (for OTP verification), a password, and other required details. Only one account may be opened per mobile number. jazzbuzz reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that your account details have been compromised, contact the jazzbuzz support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jazzbuzz may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other documents to verify a member's identity. jazzbuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal activity until the verification process is complete.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and use jazzbuzz services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors (under 21) will be closed immediately.
• You must be legally capable of opening an account and using the services.
• The services may not be used from any region or country where online gaming activities are legally prohibited.
• jazzbuzz employees or their family members may not open accounts or place bets on the platform.

Providing false information about your age will result in all funds in the account being forfeited and the account being permanently closed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

jazzbuzz offers deposit and withdrawal facilities through popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Payment Rules

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile financial service account registered in your own name — using someone else's account is not permitted.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
• For any suspicious transaction, jazzbuzz reserves the right to initiate a verification process and may temporarily hold the withdrawal.
• Once a deposit has been processed it cannot be reversed, however if you contact us before accepting a bonus it may be considered in special circumstances.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

jazzbuzz offers various bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000).

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from bonus funds become withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same account.
• If jazzbuzz determines that someone is placing bets with the intention of circumventing bonus terms, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jazzbuzz reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus, however previously accepted bonuses will remain subject to their original terms.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

The jazzbuzz VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and activity.

6.1 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is given on weekly net losses at each VIP tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. This is the maximum rate for that tier.

6.2 VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback is paid at the end of the week based on net losses (total bets minus total winnings).
• jazzbuzz reserves the right to change VIP program benefits or rates at any time.
• VIP benefits may be withdrawn in the event of any rule violation.

7. Responsible Conduct and Self-Regulation

jazzbuzz believes gaming should be a form of entertainment and should never cause financial problems or mental stress. Several self-regulation tools are available on the platform.

7.1 21+ Age Limit

All jazzbuzz services are for persons aged 21 or above only. jazzbuzz exercises the utmost caution to protect minors from gaming.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jazzbuzz:

8.1 Technical Misuse

• Using automated bots or software to place bets or operate games.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for an advantage.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's servers or systems.

8.2 Financial Misuse

• Using the jazzbuzz platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Gaining unfair advantage through chargeback fraud or payment disputes.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.

8.3 Account Rule Violations

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Match-fixing or colluding with other members to place fraudulent bets.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

jazzbuzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered.
• By court order or at the demand of a legal authority.

9.1 Member's Own Request to Close Account

10. Data Privacy and Security

10.1 Sharing Data with Third Parties

11. Limitation of Liability

jazzbuzz makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however liability is not accepted for the following:

• A game or bet not completing due to internet disconnection or technical interruption.
• Any loss caused by a problem with the member's own device or software.
• Any error or problem in third-party game software.
• Service unavailability due to events beyond our control (force majeure) — such as natural disasters or government orders.

However, jazzbuzz assures that in the event of any technical issue, protecting the funds in a member's account will be the highest priority.

12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability

jazzbuzz reserves the right to amend, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered mobile number or through a notice on the platform.

12.1 Effectiveness of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
